Patrick believes that a judge should not only be a scholar of the law, but also a neighbor who understands the heartbeat of the community. He volunteers for projects with his church and has given public presentations about sexual assault protocols and best practices. Patrick is highly focused on finding ways to make the justice system help reduce the effects of homelessness.
