I greatly appreciate the support of these fine people.
Please note: I have made the decision to not seek the endorsements of practicing attorneys in Clallam County. As a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, it is not appropriate for a prosecutor to seek or receive endorsements from attorneys representing defendants that I am prosecuting. It creates the appearance of impropriety and negatively impacts the appearance of fairness. I have also chosen not to seek or accept endorsements from prosecutors. As prosecutors are ministers of justice, it is inappropriate for any prosecutor to use their position of authority or title for political purposes or to sway voters.

I have never been political in my 36+ years as a of law enforcement officer in Clallam County. Now as a retired law enforcement officer I have had time to reflect upon my experiences with in the judicial system.
I have met many attorneys throughout my career, both in district and superior court settings, and have had the opportunity to watch the manner in which they conduct themselves. With what I have observed, I can say that I am honored to know Patrick Murphy.
